Jamie graduated from the University of Wollongong in July 2021 with a Bachelor of Laws with Distinction and a Bachelor of Arts with Distinction. She chose to study law because she is passionate about helping people. Working in the compensation and criminal divisions, Jamie has found that she is able to offer a helping hand to those going through particularly difficult times.
In her role as a clerk, Jamie has worked on a variety of matters. One that stood out was a claim brought by our client in relation to the mistreatment of her beloved pet dog. Our client had many health issues of her own and found that after years of trying to settle the matter herself that she was exhausted by the process and needed our assistance. Foye Legal provided her with advice and negotiated a generous settlement in her favour, that provided her with the closure to move on and focus on her health, her business, and her dog.
Why Foye Legal
“I joined Foye Legal after hearing about Diana from a close friend. I was inspired by Diana’s work and the strong female presence in the firm. Since joining Foye Legal I have been motivated by the high-achieving lawyers in the firm, who are never too busy to assist their clients or to offer mentorship to junior staff.” – Jamie.
