From boutique practice to a full-services firm, Foye Legal has appointed experienced director Greg Malakou to maintain its meteoric rise.
Mr Malakou is a highly experienced finance and operations director who has commenced in the role of Chief Finance Officer and Chief Operation Officer with award-winning Illawarra law firm, Foye Legal.
Mr Malakou has more than two decades of experience working with national law firms, including 15 years in senior executive positions as CEO, COO and CFO.
Before joining Foye Legal, Mr Malakou provided consulting services to law firms on all aspects of strategic, financial and operational management. Prior to that, he spent 11 years with Holman Webb Lawyers as CEO, overseeing strategic growth through acquisitions as well as accomplishing several successful initiatives to improve profitability, modernise processes and automate procedures.

Foye Legal first started in 2015 in Principal Lawyer and CEO Diana Foye’s home, with no clients or staff, and no external funding.
In a few short years it has grown to be full-service law firm and has just relocated to a more substantial office in Market Street, Wollongong.
Foye Legal was a NSW finalist in the Emerging and Energised category of the 2019 Telstra Business Awards and it won the Best Business category at the 2019 Illawarra Women in Business Awards.
