About Alessia

Alessia graduated from the University of Wollongong with a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Arts with Distinction in 2020. She became a lawyer because she is passionate about making a positive difference in people’s lives. Through her work in compensation and family law, Alessia has first-hand how legal assistance can provide support and peace of mind for people who are going through a tough time. She is particularly passionate about assisting our legally aided clients who are going through difficult family law proceedings and assisting them to achieve a good outcome.

Career highlight

Having worked in the compensation division and specifically talking to clients with a history of child abuse, it is clear to Alessia that people often don’t know what they are entitled to or how the law can help them. She loves being able to provide advice to a client and seek compensation, which can ultimately validate the pain they have suffered and help provide closure to a difficult situation.
